Distance: 31.1 Miles
In the morning I visited the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati. It wasn't open on Mondays. There were many school groups there. The museum was interesting and grand; I found it to be without direction between exhibits and overall narrative. The films and exhibits were apt; being confronted with the physical evidence of African slavery was powerful.
In the afternoon, I took a commuter bus to a park and ride outside Cincinnati. I then walked the next ten miles to a shopping center I would buy a bike the next day.
